As I transitioned from a meaningful and successful corporate and consulting career in Leadership Development, I began to experiment with photography as a creative outlet.  Armed with both a digital camera and an iPhone I began my learning journey.
Several years and many experiments later, I combine my love of photography of everyday life with the joy of traveling to new places.  Using a variety of techniques including intentional camera movement (ICM), composites and multiple exposures, I focus on creating a representation of a feeling -- my expression of a moment in time.  The "feel" of a place.
Sometimes my work is expanded by my imagination - what the place feels like or what could be.  Join me in exploring both what is and what could be.
All my work is derived from photographs taken with my full frame mirrorless camera, my earlier DSLR or various iterations of my iPhone.  Some are straight from the camera, others are my photographs combined in post processing and others are multiple exposure images made within the camera. The results are often intentional and at other times wholly unpredictable, unreproducible, and unique.
I've enjoyed showing my work at both Juried and Member exhibits at the Bristol Art Museum, The Rhode Island Center for Photographic Arts, The Mystic Art Museum, the Wickford Art Association, DeBlois Gallery, Blithewold Manor and the Cape Cod Cultural Center.
